Our delicious flour is available in two grades:
- Fine – similar to plain flour, but wholemeal, and suitable for most baking purposes – bread; savoury pastry; pizza bases; biscuits; and slightly denser cakes.
- Traditional – slightly coarser texture with identifiable (small) pieces of bran – ideal for bread and other bakery products with a little bite.
Nothing added, nothing taken away. Just the natural grain that has been a staple of mankind’s diet for at least 10,000 years .
Regrettably we have to limit this supply to registered Friends of the Tide Mill only. This is to recognise their support of the Charity. Our Flour is available from other suppliers such as the East of England Co-op and the other suppliers listed on this website.
