With the new season approaching we are exited about the varied events in the mill diary. There will be return of the Mill’s participation in the National Millers’ Weekend organised by SPAB on 9th and 10th May. This year we will be running ‘have a go’ milling sessions with Nigel and holding stone dressing demonstrations with Friend of the Tide Mill, Bryn Ansell. Other highlights include the family Woodbridge gingerbread trail, Aldeburgh Food and Drink, Shuck Festival, annual Suffolk Agricultural Association’s school farm day and What’s Tasty? Food Markets. We are also very keen for The Friends to use the Mill during closed hours for club functions and parties. For a nominal amount your colleagues, family and friends can enjoy having exclusive use of the Mill as you enjoy the riverside setting on an early evening.
